About
RMO's strategy focuses on promoting the development and autonomy of the Afghan population. It implements training and education projects to provide the Afghan population with the appropriate means and resources to decide for its own future. RMO emphasizes capacity building of its Afghan staff, with a very limited number of expatriates. Since 1992, RMO staff has worked with SAB in different provinces of Afghanistan in areas such as vocational training, income generation, and curriculum development for vocational training.
