Provision of integrated child protection case management services The "Provision of integrated child protection case management services for affected persons in the West Region of Afghanistan" project aims to deliver child protection services to the most vulnerable children and families, offering both prevention and response services. The project will be implemented in Herat (Gulran and Badghis) and Badghis (Ab-Kamari and Muqor) districts. Activities will include case management, referral to specialized mental health services, provision of psychosocial support and Child-Friendly Spaces, dissemination of well-being messaging, and training on Child Protection Minimum Standards. The project is funded by the Afghanistan Humanitarian Fund (AHF) under the Child Protection in Emergency (CPiE) cluster. It officially began on January 1, 2024, and is scheduled to conclude on May 31, 2024. Four centers have been established in Herat and Badghis, with a total of 52 staff members (12 female, 40 male) dedicated to serving 55,000 beneficiaries, including women, girls, men, boys, internally displaced people, returnees, host communities, and persons with
